Whitelock refused to be down heated and took some positives
from the game, the Manor Manager speaking directly after
the game said " Losing 0-4 at home, sounds like
a complete disaster, but it was far from that, with
loads of positives taken from last nights game. For
44 minutes we matched Burnham in every department, then
one mistake later and we are losing 0-1. We told the
players at half time keep the ball, keep doing what
we believe in and that is keep passing and have self
belief. 50 minutes, we hit the underside of the bar,
they go up the other end BANG
0-2 down. We then start to see heads drop, no confidence,
all drained and we lose 0-4. Which I feel was unjustified
towards us"
